Each exhibitor space includes one 6-foot table with chairs and 4 feet of space behind the table. Exhibitors are welcome to adjust their tables within their space, but please make sure the exhibits fit within the parameters of the reserved space.

If you do not need a table for setup, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the space accordingly.

Each reservation comes with two exhibitor badges. Additional adult exhibitor badges can be purchased at the registration table during setup. Children receive kids' bracelets at no cost.

Please note that these 6-foot tables are reserved for private !MEGO MEET MEMBERS! and cannot be applied to manufacturers.

Information regarding special exhibitor hotel rates, schedules, locations, setup, breakdown, and Mego Meetups will be available under the Q&A section of zolocon.com. This page will be frequently updated, so we recommend checking the website before departing for the event venue.

To receive the special exhibitor hotel rate, reservations must be made before 7/17/24 without exception. Details are available in the Q&A section of zolocon.com.
