 ZOLOCON Code of Conduct and Non-Harassment Policy

At ZOLOCON, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone. We expect all attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, guests, and staff to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, free of harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior.

 1. **Respectful Behavior**
- Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and courtesy, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs.
- Be mindful of personal boundaries—physical, verbal, and emotional.
- Disruptive behavior, including loud, aggressive, or inappropriate language, will not be tolerated.

 2. **Prohibited Conduct**
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
- Verbal or written comments that are offensive or discriminatory based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, or other personal characteristics.
- Unwanted physical contact or attention.
- Intimidation, stalking, or following.
- Sexual harassment, including inappropriate comments, advances, or gestures.
- Displaying harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.

 3. **Reporting**
If you experience or witness harassment, discrimination, or any other inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately to a ZOLOCON staff member or volunteer. Reports can also be made at the event information desk or via email.

All reports will be taken seriously, and every effort will be made to address the issue promptly and confidentially.

 4. **Consequences**
ZOLOCON reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:
- Issuing warnings to the offending party.
- Expelling the offending individual from the event without refund.
- Notifying authorities if necessary.

 5. **Photography & Media**
- Attendees are encouraged to take photos and videos, but please ask for permission before photographing or recording others.
- Do not photograph or record individuals who have explicitly expressed that they do not wish to be photographed or filmed.

6. **Inclusivity and Accessibility**
ZOLOCON is committed to making the event accessible and welcoming to all. We strive to ensure that all attendees, regardless of ability, feel included. If you require special accommodations, please contact us in advance so we can assist you.

 7. **Cosplay & Costumes**
- Cosplay is welcomed and celebrated! However, please ensure that your costume is appropriate for a family-friendly event.
- Harassment of cosplayers, or assuming that participation in cosplay is an invitation for inappropriate behavior, will not be tolerated.
