Q) What is ZOLOCON?

A) Zcon is a Zoloworld, LLC. event created in 2008 by Mike Zolotorow with the goal of creating the same atmosphere shows had in the 90's. Our conventions focus on retro/vintage collectibles, designer toys, gaming, wrestling collectibles, golden age and silver age comics as well as local break-through artists, diecast, anime, movie fandom... and All Things Pop Culture! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for a preview of participating manufacturers, vendor spotlights, special guests, and show exclusives throughout the year.


Q) Do you issue refunds on tickets?

A) No refunds will be given on tickets purchased in advanced. Due to specific circumstances, we may give a credit to a future event. 

Q) What about Covid 19?

A) It’s our primary objective to create a safe event. We will continue to follow any PA health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event. As it stands, no such local guidelines are in place. Regardless, we ask that everyone conducts themselves in a socially responsible manner: stay home if you have any symptoms, fastidiously use hand sanitizer and frequently wash hands. Vaccinate and wear a mask when appropriate. We will have masks available at the front desk for those who would like one. As always, we encourage everyone to wear their favorite mask.

Q) ADA compliant?

A) Of Course! The Fuge has a ramp, elevators and ADA compliant restrooms to make your experience comfortable. If you have any questions, please contact us via FaceBook, email or text (267) 251-1481 for the quickest response. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.


Q) Where is the nearest hotel?

A) Holiday Inn Express and Home2 by Hilton are The Official Zolocon Hotels! They're located across the street from The Fuge. Vendors receive a SPECIAL ZOLOCON RATE!



Q) What comes in a V.I.P. ADMISSION PACKAGE for $35?

A) This is a TWO day pass that includes early access to the show on Saturday an original print, and a goodie bag with surprise gift.


Q) Tell me more about the Cosplay Costume Contest?

A) The annual cosplay contest has an Adults and Kids Category. First place in each wins a cash prize and surprise gift from this year's contest sponsor. To enter, sign in at the Zoloworld Table on Sunday before 2pm.

Costume Contest Rules:

  • The costume cannot be store bought -or- 90% hand-made to win first prize. You can still compete if you just want to show off your cosplay, though!

  • It has to be family friendly... duh.

  • No real weapons or accessories that can cause harm.

  • Be courteous to all the other contestants because nice is the new cool.

  • Big Points to the person who best embodies their character!!!


Q) Tell me a little more about this Custom Toy Contest?

A) To enter, sign in at the Wolf King table on Sunday before 2pm. There will be cash prizes and goods from our contest sponsors in all 4 categories.

Custom Toy Contest Rules:

  • The toy has to be made by YOU - Parts from other artists is fine, but the formula and work must come from you.
  • The more that goes into the figure, the better! 
  • The sculpture or toy has to be family friendly.
  • Limit of four entries. 
  • All customs will be on display (on a table across from the main Zolo team) for everyone to enjoy.


Q) What address can I plug into my GPS?
A) 780 Falcon Circle, Warminster, PA 18974



  • Friday (10:00AM - 7:00PM) = Registration and Load-in/Setup. THERE WILL BE NO SATURDAY SET-UP TIMES/ LOAD IN. 
  • Registration is on the 2nd (Centrifuge) Floor.
  • Load-in via the SIDE (Tranquility) entrance only. Avoid the Main entrance when loading in.
  • Saturday, vendors can enter the building as soon as 7:00AM. 
  • Sunday, vendors can enter as soon as 8:00AM.
  • Please be respectful and don't come in before the agreed to times... no matter who holds the door open for you. 
  • Please don't hang anything from the walls and drapery. 


Friday's Set-Up is for Zolocon's Participating Exhibitors, and their Approved Helper. Exhibitors receive (2) badges and Artist Exhibitors receive (1) badge. In order to keep Fridays exclusive, vendors will be expected to pay for extra badges starting in 2024. Be prepared to order them off the website upon arrival because we won't be accepting cash on Friday. If you have any questions/concerns I Encourage You To Reach Out In Advance.

All badges are handed out at the registration table on the 2nd Floor. Register before unloading your materials and please be courteous to the other vendors by Moving Your Car/Truck after unloading.

Zolocon has employed volunteers to monitor all entrances and check for bracelets/badges. Badges and bracelets must be worn at all times moving in/out and around the building. Please show them respect - They're here for all of our benefit.
