Q) What is Zolocon?

A) Zolocon is a production of Zoloworld.com, created in 2008 by Mike Zolotorow with the goal of recreating the nostalgic atmosphere of shows from the 90s. Our convention focuses on retro and vintage collectibles, knock-off toys, designer toys, independent toy manufacturers, card gaming, video gaming, wrestling collectibles, golden age, and silver age comics, as well as local breakthrough comic artists and manga, diecast, anime, movie fandom… and all things pop culture! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for a preview of participating manufacturers, regular vendor spotlight posts, special guests, and show exclusives throughout the year. 

Q) What is ZOLOCON'S code of conduct policy? 

At ZOLOCON, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone. We expect all attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, guests, and staff to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, free of harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior. Please see out complete policy in the links below.

Q) Do you issue refunds?

A) No refunds will be given. Under certain circumstances, Zolocon may provide a credit for future events. Credits will be issued through your existing account on Zolocon.com.

Q) What about Covid 19?

A) Our main goal is to ensure a safe event. We will adhere to any Pennsylvania health and safety guidelines that are in effect at the time of the event. Currently, there are no local guidelines in place. Nevertheless, we kindly request everyone to act responsibly: stay home if you have any symptoms, use hand sanitizer and wash hands frequently, get vaccinated, and wear a mask when necessary. 

Q) ADA compliant?

A) The Valley Forge Casino Resort is fully ADA-compliant to ensure a comfortable experience for all. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via Facebook, email, or text (267) 251-1481 for the quickest response. We will get back to you as soon as possible.


Q) Onsite hotel information?

Q) About the Cosplay Costume Contest...

A) The annual cosplay contest comprises an Adults and Kids Category. Winners of each category will receive a cash prize. To enter, sign in at the Zoloworld Table on Sunday before 2 pm.

   Costume Contest Rules:
   1. The costume cannot be store-bought; it must be at least 90% hand-made to win first prize. If you don't meet this requirement, you can still participate to             showcase your cosplay.
   2. Costumes must be family-friendly.
   3. No real weapons or accessories that can cause harm are allowed.
   4. Please be courteous to all other contestants as kindness is valued.
   5. Big points will be awarded to the person who best embodies their character!

Q) About this Custom Toy Contest...

A) Please take note of the following information: The Adult’s Custom Toy & Art Toys contests will be back in 2025. Details to follow.

EXHIBITOR SETUP INSTRUCTIONS at VALLEY FORGE CASINO RESORT

Friday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Exhibitor Registration, Load-in and Setup
Saturday (8:00 AM) Exhibitor’s Arrival Time
Sunday (9:00 AM) Exhibitor’s Arrival Time

Keep in mind Friday is for Exhibitors and their helpers only. Re-sellers are not allowed on Friday during setup. As an Exhibitor, it's your prerogative to buy, trade, and sell with fellow Exhibitors - it is a bonus to exhibiting! Non-participants detract from the value of the show for Attendees by cherry-picking collectibles before the show opens.

Exhibitor parking is located in the back of the casino. Trucks and trailers should look for signage indicating where to park in that area. Vehicles drive down through the tunnel to unload directly onto the showroom floor.

The registration table is located inside the entrance to the tunnel. Exhibitors pick up their non-transferable badges, table assignments, and contracts here. The Exhibitor contracts are available to read in advance on zolocon.com. Each Exhibitor will receive one badge for themselves and a second badge for their helper. Please make sure to wear your badges at all times when entering and exiting the building so that security knows not to bother you. Remember that these Volunteers are just doing their jobs, so please be polite. Additional weekend passes can be purchased at the registration desk.

Exhibitors, Guests, Attendees and Promoters are not allowed to promote or solicit events and businesses inside Zolocon. Promotion is a service Zolocon provides within the Attendees' expo guides thanks to the support of Sponsors. Contact sales@zolocon.com to participate. Details on zolocon.com

Shipped pallets will be received by General Expo Service and delivered directly to Exhibitors’ spaces. Additional tables, chairs, shelving, etc., should also be arranged through them. **Contact Information to Follow**

Starting in 2025, Exhibitors will be asked to reserve tables via the website, and we won’t be able to take reservations verbally.
