Q: Can I purchase passes at the door?
A: Yes — cash is accepted at the door. ATMs are located in the lobby near the convention hall. If you prefer to use a credit card, passes must be purchased in advance on our website.
Q: What day are Kids’ passes FREE?
A: Sunday! Kids 12 and under receive free admission.
(Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.)
Q: Is this show family friendly?
A: Yes! The convention hall and food court are separate from the casino floor. We are stroller-friendly and have family facilities onsite.
Zolocon takes place in King of Prussia — a destination packed with all-ages fun. Visit Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board for nearby attractions and activities.
Q: What is the onsite parking situation?
A: Parking is free, well-lit, security-patrolled, and available around the building. Accessible parking spaces are located near the main entrance, and valet parking is available throughout the day.
Q: Which tower entrance should I use?
A: Please enter through the Casino Tower (not the Stardust Tower). Once inside, follow the signs left past the hotel lobby. Take your first right to access the elevators or stairs down to the convention hall.
Q: Is this event accessible?
A: Yes. The convention hall, food court, hotel, and main event spaces are accessible. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests.
If you have specific accessibility needs, please email sales@zolocon.com in advance so we can best assist you. (Response times may be slower during event week.)
Q: Where are my passes?
A: You will not receive a physical pass in advance. Your emailed receipt — which includes your QR code and order number — is your admission credential.
Please present this (printed or on your phone) along with a valid ID at the reception desk when you arrive.
Q: Can I leave and re-enter the show?
A: Yes! We encourage you to explore the venue and surrounding area. As long as your wristband remains securely on your wrist, you may re-enter.
Q: Are passes refundable or transferable?
A: Passes are refundable at the reception desk prior to entry. Passes may be transferred; however, the original purchaser must pick them up at reception unless arrangements are made in advance. Please contact sales@zolocon.com if needed.
Q: Do vendors accept credit cards?
A: Most vendors do, but we recommend bringing cash as backup. Wi-Fi service can occasionally be spotty.
Q: Is there an ATM onsite?
A: Yes. ATMs are maintained onsite by the casino.
Q: Can I bring items to sell or trade?
A: Yes! We love that part of Zolocon culture. Please be respectful of exhibitors and venue policies while trading.
Q: Are service animals permitted?
A: Yes. Service animals are permitted in the convention hall and hotel in accordance with applicable laws.
Q: Is seating available inside the convention hall?
A: Yes. Seating is available near the concessions area and throughout designated spaces in the hall.
Q: Is outside food allowed?
A: Outside food and beverages are not permitted per venue policy.
Q: Are there food options onsite?
A: Yes! There is a reasonably priced concession stand inside the convention hall, a food court onsite, and full-service dining options at the hotel.
Q: Is there a hotel room block or discounted rate?
A: Yes. Please visit the ticketing page for information about this season’s Zolocon room block.
Note: The room block closes 30 days prior to the show.
Q: Is cosplay encouraged?
A: Absolutely! We love cosplay. Please ensure all costume props comply with venue s inafety guidelines.
Q: Are Solicitations Allowed?
A: To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, unsolicited promotions, or distribution of materials are not permitted in any area of the event without prior written approval from event management. This applies to all public spaces, vendor aisles, and panel areas.
Approved promotional activity will be clearly identified by event staff.
