Q) What is Zolocon?
Zolocon, brought to you by Zoloworld.com, was founded in 2008 by Mike Zolotorow with a mission to capture the nostalgic vibe of 90s-era conventions. Our event celebrates all things retro and vintage: action figures, knock-off toys, custom designer figures, indie toy makers, card gaming, video games, wrestling memorabilia, golden and silver age comics, manga, diecast cars, anime, movie fandom, and more. Q) What is ZOLOCON’s Code of Conduct Policy?
At ZOLOCON, we promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Attendees, vendors, guests, and staff must adhere to professional conduct standards—free from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. Visit the full Code of Conduct section on our site for complete details.
Q) Does ZOLOCON issue refunds?
All ticket and vendor space sales are final. In select cases, Zolocon may offer credit toward future events. If approved, this credit will be applied to your account at Zolocon.com.
Q) What are ZOLOCON’s health and safety guidelines?
We follow all current Pennsylvania health and wellness guidelines. While no mandates are in place at this time, we encourage responsible behavior: if you're feeling unwell, please stay home. Consider masking in crowded areas, washing hands frequently, and using sanitizer throughout the event. Practical hygiene = a safe show for everyone!

Keep in mind Friday is for Exhibitors and their helpers only. Re-sellers are not allowed on Friday during setup. As an Exhibitor, it's your prerogative to buy, trade, and sell with fellow Exhibitors - it is a bonus to exhibiting! Non-participants detract from the value of the show for Attendees by cherry-picking collectibles before the show opens.
Exhibitor parking is located in the back of the casino. Trucks and trailers should look for signage indicating where to park in that area. Vehicles drive down through the tunnel to unload directly onto the showroom floor.
The registration table is located inside the entrance to the tunnel. Exhibitors pick up their non-transferable badges, table assignments, and contracts here. The Exhibitor contracts are available to read in advance on zolocon.com. Each Exhibitor will receive one badge for themselves and a second badge for their helper. Please make sure to wear your badges at all times when entering and exiting the building so that security knows not to bother you. Remember that these Volunteers are just doing their jobs, so please be polite. Additional weekend passes can be purchased at the registration desk.
Exhibitors, Guests, Attendees, and Promoters are not allowed to promote or solicit events and businesses inside Zolocon. Promotion is a service Zolocon provides within the Attendees' expo guides thanks to the support of Sponsors. Contact sales@zolocon.com to participate. Details on zolocon.com
Shipped pallets will be received by General Expo Service and delivered directly to Exhibitors’ spaces. Additional tables, chairs, shelving, etc., should also be arranged through them. **look for the orientation email from sales@zolocon.com in February**
